Ian A. Godden
Ian A. Godden joined Bristow's Board in January 2010. Godden has served on Bristow's corporate governance and nominating committee since 2010 and as its chair since 2016. He has also served on Bristow's compensation committee since November 2018 and on Bristow’s audit committee from 2010 to November 2018. Godden is currently non-executive chairman of Havelock Europa PLC and part-time senior advisor of Yokogawa Electric Corporation. Godden also serves as a director of Havelock Europa PLC and a member of the audit committee. He previously served as executive chairman, non-executive chairman and as senior independent non-executive director of KBC Advanced Technologies plc from 2008 to 2016. He also served on KBC Advanced Technologies’ remuneration and nominations committee from 2008 to 2016 and audit committee from 2008 to 2011. Godden served as chairman of Farnborough International Limited, the subsidiary that runs Farnborough Air Show, from 2009 to 2013. He was chairman of A|D|S Group Ltd., the trade organization that represents the civil aerospace, defense and security industries in the United Kingdom, from 2007 to 2011. Godden served as a director and a member of the audit committee of E2V Technologies PLC from 2003 to 2010. He was the founder of Glenmore Energy, Inc. in 2005 and is currently its chairman. Godden worked in various consulting organizations, including as the U.K. managing partner of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from 2000 to 2004 and U.K. managing partner of Booz Allen and Hamilton from 1996 to 1998. Godden began his career in 1974 working for BP as a design engineer for offshore platforms and processing equipment in the North Sea, Middle East and Gulf of Mexico.
